Outright Fixed Rental
Imej Parking will pay a fixed rental to the Landlord/Building Owner.
Minimum Rental & Profit Sharing
Imej Parking will pay a minimum fixed rental to the Landlord/Building Owner plus certain agreed percentage of profit.
Outright Profit Sharing
Imej Parking will share certain agreed percentage of profit with Landlord/Building Owner.
Having Joint Venture (JV) Car Parks Operations
Imej Parking will establish a joint venture company with Landlord/Building Owner to manage the latter car park.
Management Fee & Profit Sharing
Imej Parking will be paid a “management fee” for providing car park management services to the Landlord/Building Owner plus certain agreed percentage of profit.
Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT)
Imej Parking will build the car park and manage it for a certain agreed period of time. The property will be transferred to the Landlord/Building Owner afterwards.
